When you're ready to make a reservation, send me an email at fourfutures@cox.net or give me at call at 480-213-3096.
However we reach each other, I will need the following info:
- Dates desired for Check-in and Check-out
- Number of people in your party and their ages
- Your name, mailing address and phone numbers
If the dates are available, I will send you a confirming email and rental agreement. I would ask that you print out the agreement, sign it and mail it back to me along with the deposit and/or payment in full (depending on when you reserve the unit).

Reservation Policy
> Reservation requests from the Guest will be confirmed by Owner sending the Guest an acknowledgement along with a Rental Agreement by email or U.S. mail
> Reservations will be considered "booked" when a fully-executed Rental Agreement is received by the Owner along with the indicated depost / payment.
> Payment in full for the reservation period is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
> Confirmed reservations will be held for the sooner of 10 business days following the mailing of the Rental Agreement to the Guest or up to 45 days prior to arrival date.
> We do not provide travel insurance. Cancellations 30 or more days before arrival date will forfeit a $100 processing fee. There are no refunds within 30 days of arrival.
> Our ski home is entirely non-smoking ... Sorry, no pets are allowed
> Please note there is a 3 night minimum during peak rental periods.
